NEXRAD ANOMALY: NO RADAR
As the image above indicates, you will see this image from a NEXRAD site when there is
no radar image available.
This normally occurs when radar operators or technicans are performing maintenance or
calibrating the radar. It can also occur if there is a technical problem with the site
or, for some reason, data isn't being successfully transmitted from the site to NOAA.
These generally don't happen very often and usually don't last long when they do occur.
